Description
Two likely scenarios are discussed with regards to the federal budget and how it will affect ASHRAE and the building industry. With Congress possibly gridlocked under one scenario, ASHRAE, the states, federal agencies, and the private sector will continue as leaders in the building industry through research, standards and code activities.
