Is it time for an energy performance tool? After using Standard 90.1-2007 for the last decade, it is clear that Appendix G cannot be applied alone to predict energy performance. The author suggests that owners, clients, and design teams should move away from targeting a single percentage improvement and instead look at a variety of metrics and resources.
