Description
This standard operating procedure describes a method of maintaining a continuous supply of human tumor cells for use as positive controls in immunostaining tests for the detection of micrometastases. Cell lines mentioned include Breast Cancer (CAMA, BT-20, and MCF-7), Prostate Cancer (PC 3), and Small Cell Lung Cancer (HTB-119).
