Description
This document describes an operational qualification protocol for determining that the Branson 900 series ultrasonic welding equipment (including converter, booster, horn, and external communications interface card) operates as intended and provides consistent operation within different modes and operating ranges. Test protocols verify equipment inspection and functional testing, equipment operating modes and ranges, methods for routine inspection, and the operator training status. The OQ Report is available as 04-0099-OQR-1.0.
