Building Sciences: Blame It on 'Star Trek': Solving IAQ Problems

According to this month’s Building Sciences column, “There could be a million things in the air—literally.” When there is a complaint about air quality in a building, you do not start with air testing. Measuring everything and anything in the air is impractical and unrealistic. The author says finding the source of the “stink,” for him, doesn’t begin with VOC testing but with finding the “hot spot.”
