Description
This is an archived recording of the Spring 2016 online version of the course. Continuing education credits and/or professional development hours are not available. This course describes the environmental conditions that promote the growth of Legionella in water systems, and the locations where Legionella control measures can be applied in new and existing buildings. A comparison between general compliance and compliance for certain health care facilities will be provided. The course focuses on the compliance with Standard 188-2015 to provide a safer and healthier building environment.
