This Standard is an adoption with national modifications of the second edition of IEC 60335-2-89, Household and similar electrical appliances ¿¿ safety ¿¿ Part 2-89: Particular requirements for commercial refrigerating appliances with an incorporated or remote refrigerant condensing unit or compressor. It has been varied as indicated to take account of Australian and New Zealand conditions.
