Description
Applies the assignment of unique owner prefixes to owners of public text conforming to AS 3514. It describes the procedures whereby such assignments are made, and the method of constructing registered owner identifiers from them. This Standard is identical with, and has been reproduced from, ISO/IEC 9070:1991.
