Description
Applies to proximity devices with an enhanced resistance to fault. Specifies requirements for four different types of PDF: PDF with desifned reliability; PDF with test capability, PDF with single fault tolerance and PDF with self-monitoring. This Standard is identical with and reproduced from IEC 60947-5-3:1999.
