Defines the OSI physical service in terms of the primitive actions and events of the Service; the parameters associated with each primitive action and event, and the form which they take; and the interrelationship between and the valid sequences of these actions and events. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from ISO/IEC 10022:1990.
