Specifies a method for the determinations of polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) concentration in non-halgenated insulating liquids by high-resolution capillary column gas chromatography using an electron capture detector. The method gives total PCB content and is applicable to unused, reclaimed or used insulating liquids.
