Description
Sets out recommended cleaning and sanitizing procedures for use in milking premises. Procedures are given for cleaning and sanitizing items of dairy farm equipment, principally milking machines and refrigerated farm milk tanks. Guidelines on verification and validation of cleaning are covered in an appendix.
