English Description: These 3-A Accepted Practices shall pertain to equipment used for farm milk cooling and storage systems. These systems shall begin at the inlet of the heat exchanger and end with the milk storage vessel from which the raw milk is removed from the dairy farm.
Spanish Description: Estas Practicas Aceptadas 3-A corresponden al equipo usado para el enfriamiento y almacenaje de leche de granja. Estos sistemas comenzaran a la entrada del intercambiador de calor y finalizaran en el recipiente de almacenamiento de leche de donde se saca la leche cruda de la granja lactea.
