Description
This paper presents a brief description of the plant and distribution system located at the total energy site in Jersey City, New Jersey. Engineering data derived from raw data recorded during the period of observation by the National Bureau of Standards for the Department of Housing and Urban Development are presented in tabular and graphical forms. The projected impact with the environment is also presented.
