Description
It’s not that the author has anything against green roofs, he likes them just fine for their aesthetics and, because “ugliness†in buildings is not sustainable. However, he thinks many are being misled by the purported environmental benefits because they are more expensive than any other option and, they don’t save energy compared to an otherwise well-insulated roof.
