Description
Implementation of the commissioning process for heating ventilating and air conditioning work is the responsibility of the HVAC design engineer. It is his professional responsibility and also in his best interest to make sure the systems he designs are constructed as intended, operate correctly, and are completely satisfactory when delivered to the owner. To accomplish these objectives, the commissioning process is required. Explains with examples what is involved in implementing the commissioning process.
