Description
This paper describes a method for controlling air velocity by means of fins with convex strips. The convex strips have two apex angles in the longitudinal direction. They increase the heat transfer coefficient of fins and effectively control air flow distribution between fins. These two factors lead to irnproved overall heat transfer performance of air coolers.
