Description

It is the intent of this paper to present a new and alternative method for the desorption of activated carbon using dry inert gas. This paper discusses the use of carbon adsorption for air pollution control/solvent recovery. It points out some of the difficulties associated with steam desorption of activated carbon and will show how a propriety system can effectively deal with these difficulties.
