Description
Designers must often decide if a system in good working order can be reused. This article shows that even when an oversized system or components can be reused, there are often sacrifices involved. The author recommends designers of a new system to consider flexibility in the design, allowing the installed system to function in different circumstances than what was originally envisioned.
