Description
This paper discusses when the Government of Ontario undertook a far reaching program to reduce energy consumption in public buildings throughout the province by issuing a cabinet-directive to all Government Ministries to reduce energy consumption by at least 15% during a five-year period commencing fiscal year of 1976/1977.
