Specifies the relationship between the relevant OSI management Recommendations and International Standards and the definition of managed object classes, and how these Recommendations and International Standards should be used by managed object class definitions, and the appropriate methods to be adopted for the definition of managed object classes and their attributes, notifications, actions and behaviour. This Standard is identical with, and has been reproduced from, ISO/IEC 10165-4:1992.
