Describes a method for the detection and/or quantitation of mouse immunoglobulin in undefined preparations using an accelerated ELISA technique. Suitable for testing murine antibody preparations, and it can be used for in-process testing of hybridoma secreted products in ascities fluid, tissue culture supernatants or in purified form. Includes instructions for plate set-up and data analysis. Equipment list references Molecular Devices V-max Microplate Reader but the procedure is easily adaptable for an equivalent instrument.
